You Will need your PEF ID number to purchase tickets

Tickets can be purchased:

1. On-line with a Visa/MasterCard

2. By visiting our office at 1168 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Latham. Click here for operating hours and directions.

3. By mailing a check and order form to: PEF Membership Benefits Program, PO Box 12414, Albany, NY 12212. 

1. PEF Members can purchase up to 20 tickets per month January - October. During November and December PEF Members can purchase up to 40 tickets.

2. Regular prices may include tax and are subject to change without notice.
3. All sales are final. Membership Benefits cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or expired tickets.  No refunds or exchanges; which includes unused tickets.
4. Tickets may not be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or replace. Tickets cannot be re-sold on the internet.
5. We will only accept checks and credit cards from PEF Members.
6. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and delivery. If you do not receive your order in 14 days, please call our office, 800 342-4306 or (518) 785-1900 ext. 243.
7. Ticket orders valued over $200 will be shipped by UPS or FEDEX Ground and will require a signature. UPS and FEDEX do not deliver to PO Boxes.
8. Ticket supplies are limited. Orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
